On our website, it's simple and clear: cancellation is free up to 7 days before your arrival. You may cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price of the reservation.


If you cannot come because of COVID, we will ask you for proof and may exceptionally offer you a postponement of your trip to a later date.


A damage deposit of 500€ is required upon arrival. This will be requested either by telephone before your arrival, or directly upon your arrival. This deposit must be provided by credit card (a pre-authorization only, the card will not be charged) or in cash. This deposit is fully refundable 2 days after check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property.


When you booked online, you have already paid the tourist tax in the rental price. No additional charge will be requested upon arrival.


Cleaning is included (we do not charge extra, unlike other rentals). However, we take good care of our apartment and thank you in advance for leaving it as you found it on your arrival.


You’ll just need to come with your suitcases. 😀 Everything is included in the apartment so you can feel like at home (towels, sheets, tea towels, blankets, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar…)


We love animals. However, but for hygienic reasons, our little friends, even the small ones, are not allowed to stay in our apartments.


Our apartments are located in residential buildings. We love our neighbors :) We therefore count on your discretion and respect of the building and the neighbors, especially when you come in or out.
- No smoking (even at the window). The use of electronic cigarettes is also prohibited.
- Forbidden to bring other people into the building and housing 
- No parties - No noise between 9pm and 8am
