Why book on our website?

Home Chic Home is Céline & Thomas 😊 . We’re a small family business, and we truly care about the quality of the relationship as much as the comfort of our apartments. Booking direct is therefore the most natural choice:

  • direct contact with us, before, during and after your stay
  • more flexible conditions
  • and our best rate!
What is the capacity of the apartments?

Most of our apartments are designed to comfortably accommodate 2 to 4 guests.

And if you’re travelling with family or friends, some setups are especially convenient: at Les Suites de La Comédie, certain apartments have an interconnecting door (Suite 1 with Suite 2, and Suite 3 with Suite 4), so you can be together while still keeping your independence.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, discounted rates apply automatically depending on the length of stay (for example from 7 nights or for monthly stays). The best available rate is displayed directly when you book.

Are pets allowed?

We love animals, but for hygiene reasons and out of respect for all our guests, pets are subject to certain conditions in our apartments. Pets may be accepted only upon prior request, depending on the apartment and under specific conditions. Please note that an additional fee will apply and that each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your understanding.


Cancellation policy

What is your cancellation policy?

On our website, the policy depends on the length of your stay:

  • Less than 28 nights: free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Within 7 days, or in case of no-show, the full stay is due.
  • 28 nights or more: free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Within 30 days, the first 28 nights are due.
Do you offer cancellation and trip interruption insurance?

Yes, as an optional add-on when booking on our website. It can cover unexpected events such as a health issue, stolen documents, cancelled leave, property damage, etc.

Practical info:

  • cost: 5% of the total stay, coverage up to €20,000 per booking
  • benefits: fast reimbursement within 72h, simplified online claim, customer service based in France
  • quick and easy online claim at declare.fr

Before arrival

How do I access the apartment?

Arrival is self check-in.

After booking, you will receive a link to register, then access your Guest Pass, which gathers all the useful information (access, schedules, equipment, services).

Important: for security reasons, we never send access codes by email. Instructions and codes will be displayed directly in your Guest Pass, usually shortly before the check-in time.

Can we request an in-person welcome?

Yes, if you would like to be welcomed in person, please let us know during pre check-in, and we will do our best depending on our availability.

Do you require a security deposit?

A €500 pre-authorisation may be requested before arrival via a secure link.

It does not debit your account and is automatically released after check-out, unless there are damages (apartment, common areas) or a breach of the house rules.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
  • check-in from 4pm
  • check-out by 11am
Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?

Yes, early check-in and late check-out requests may be accepted depending on availability, with an additional fee, directly via your Guest Pass.


Parking and access

Do you offer parking?

Yes, we offer a secure private parking space, on request and subject to availability:

  • about a 3-minute walk from Les Suites de La Comédie
  • about a 10-minute walk from Les Toits de l’Argenterie and La Terrasse Bazille, and a 15-minute walk from Les Toits de Sainte-Ursule
  • rate: €15 per night

If our parking is not available, don’t worry: we will recommend nearby public car parks.


During your stay

What are the house rules?

Our apartments are located in residential buildings where a good relationship with our neighbours is essential. 😊 We kindly ask for your discretion and respect to keep things pleasant for everyone, especially when coming and going. Thank you for your understanding.

Main rules to follow:

  • no smoking (including at the window and in common areas)
  • quiet hours between 9pm and 8am
  • no parties or events
  • access to the building and the apartment is limited to registered guests only
Is cleaning included?

Yes, end-of-stay cleaning is included. And if you wish, we can also offer additional cleanings during your stay, on request and with an extra fee.

Are linens and welcome amenities provided?

Yes, you’ll find everything you need to settle in comfortably:

  • bed linen, towels, tea towels, blankets
  • shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, hairdryer
  • fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kitchen utensils, coffee, tea, sugar, dish soap…)
  • washer-dryer and laundry detergent
  • high-speed Wi-Fi
