Do you offer parking?

Yes, we offer parking! Our private garage is available for rent at €15 per night, subject to availability. It's just a 2-minute walk from Les Suites de La Comédie.

What time is check-in and checkout?

Our standard check-in time is 4pm and our standard checkout time is 11am.

What is the cancellation policy?

On our website, it's simple and clear: cancellation is free up to 7 days before your arrival. You may cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If you don't show up you will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Do you have weekly or monthly rates?

Yes. Discounts are automatically applied and reflected during checkout for stays longer than seven and thirty days.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. When you book directly on homechichome.fr, you get an up to 10% discount compared to other booking channels like Airbnb or Booking.

Is there a security deposit?

A deposit / pre-authorization of €800 may be requested before your arrival (you will receive a secure link) to cover possible damages. This pre-authorization will be canceled on the day of departure if no damage has been observed in the accommodation during your stay.

Do I need to pay local city tax on arrival?

No, you don't need to worry about paying local city tax upon arrival. It's already taken care of during the booking phase, so there won't be any additional charges requested when you arrive.

Is cleaning included in the rental fee?

Yes, cleaning is included in the rental fee. Unlike other rentals, we don't charge extra for it. However, we kindly ask that you leave the apartment in good condition.

All the essentials are provided in the apartment, so you can simply arrive with your suitcases and feel at home. This includes towels, sheets, blankets, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, coffee (Nespresso capsules), tea, and sugar.

Do you allow pets to stay in your apartments?

While we adore animals, unfortunately, for hygiene purposes, we do not permit pets of any size to stay in our apartments.

Internal Rules

Our apartments are situated in residential buildings, and we greatly value our neighbors' peace and comfort. Kindly be discreet and considerate when entering or leaving the premises.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited (including at windows), except for 'La Terrasse Bazille' and 'Suites 4' @ Les Suites de La Comédie, which have an outdoor.
- Visitors other than registered guests are not permitted.
- Parties are not allowed.
- Quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am.
