ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE

You can arrive from 4 PM and departure must be made before 11 AM. Check-in and check-out are self-managed, and you will receive all necessary instructions on the morning of your arrival. If you wish for in-person check-in, please inform us during your pre-check-in.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT

Requests for early check-ins or late check-outs may be accepted depending on availability, with additional charges. To make a request, contact us directly once your reservation is confirmed. We will do our best to accommodate your needs! 😊

PARKING

We offer a private, secure parking located 3 minutes from Suites de La Comédie and 10 minutes from Toits de l’Argenterie and La Terrasse Bazille. Available on request, it is charged at €15 per night.
If our parking is unavailable, we will provide information about nearby public parking options.

CAPACITY

Most of our apartments are designed to accommodate 2 to 4 people. Some apartments also have a connecting door (Suite 1 & 2 and Suite 3 & 4 at Suites de La Comédie), allowing them to be connected. This configuration is ideal for families or groups who wish to travel together while maintaining their independence.

OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS

We offer discounted rates for long stays. Discounts for stays longer than 7 days or a month are automatically applied on our booking platform. When booking directly on our site, you will automatically benefit from all applicable discounts.

CANCELLATION POLICY BEFORE ARRIVAL

On our site, we offer a clear cancellation policy adapted to the length of your stay:
- Short stays (less than 30 days): Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival or in case of no-show, the total booking amount will be charged.
- Long stays (30 days or more): Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival, the first 30 nights will be charged.

CANCELLATION & TRIP INTERRUPTION INSURANCE

Protect your stay with our cancellation and trip interruption insurance, available as an option when booking on our website.
- Covered reasons: health issues, stolen documents, canceled leave, property damage, etc.
- Benefits: fast 72-hour refund, easy online claim process, France-based customer service.
- Cost: 5% of the total stay amount, coverage up to €20,000 per booking.
- Submit a claim in just 2 minutes at www.declare.fr.

DEPOSIT

A pre-authorization deposit of €500 may be requested before your arrival via a secure link. This pre-authorization does not charge your account and will be automatically canceled after your departure, unless damages are found in the accommodation or common areas, or in case of violations of the house rules.

Our apartments are located in residential buildings, and maintaining harmony with our neighbors is essential. 😊 We rely on your discretion and respect to preserve this pleasant environment, especially during your comings and goings. Thank you for your understanding!

Rules to follow
:
• Smoking is strictly prohibited, even at the window and in the common areas.
• Silence is required between 9 PM and 8 AM.
• No parties or events allowed.
• Access to the building and apartment is limited to the registered guests only.

CLEANING

End-of-stay cleaning is included. If you wish, we also offer additional cleaning services, available upon request and for an extra fee, to make your stay even more comfortable.

LINEN AND AMENITIES

Everything is designed to make you feel at home in our apartments! You’ll find all the essentials to make Home Chic Home your true home: fresh bed linen, towels, sheets, dish towels, blankets, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and a hairdryer. Each apartment is also equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and all cooking essentials (coffee, tea, sugar, dish soap…). For your comfort, a washer-dryer and laundry detergent are also provided. Just unpack your bags and enjoy! 😊

PETS

We love pets, but for hygiene and the comfort of our other guests, their presence is subject to certain conditions. Pets may be accepted only upon prior request, depending on the apartment, and an additional fee will apply. Each request will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your understanding!
