    Positive: Exzellente Lage am Rande der Altstadt, deshalb ruhig und doch zentral. Bahnhof, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in Gehdistanz. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, gut ausgestattete Küche. Negative: Ein permanentes Geräusch aus dem Badezimmer ist in der ganzen Wohnung zu hören. Im Badezimmer fehlt ein Rasierspiegel (der Badezimmer-Spiegel ist relativ weit entfernt).

    Positive: Està ubicat en una zona molt cèntrica, pots anar a peu a tot arreu. El barri tot i que a la nit hi ha moviment es molt tranquil, ple de llocs per menjar. l'apartament esta molt ben equipat amb calefacció. rentaplats, .... Hi ha de tot i no sents ni els veïns ni el soroll del carrer. Molta llum natural. Molt confortable. Les escales son de cargol i son 3 pisos sense ascensor, per una maleta petita no tens problema però si vas molt carregat has de fer viatges. Molt recomanable. Negative: No comment

    The Sous les toits apartment is a well-appointed, modern but cozy, comfortable and quiet space right in the heart of the old city of Montpellier. It is a short walk to many cafes and restaurants, with à Carrefour Exprès just a few blocks away. Negotiating the narrow circular stairs with luggage can be a challenge for older generations, but it is worth it once you get to the top. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    Positive: L’appartement est super bien localisé et très agréable. Les petits restaurants et bars du centre ville sont accessibles à pieds. Le tram 1 est également très proche de l’appartement. Et surtout Thomas et Céline sont des hôtes attentifs et arrangeants. C’est mon deuxième séjour aux Toits de sainte Ursule, je recommande vivement. Negative: No comment

    I am very grateful to have spent two weeks in Céline & Thomas's apartment. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures and everything was very well appointed. Despite the heat wave during the first week, the apartment stayed very comfortable with the air conditioning in the main room and the bedroom. The kitchen and bathroom were both very nice and the bed was very comfortable. And despite being located in a busy area with lots of restaurants and outdoor seating, the double-paned windows blocked all the noise and stayed very quiet. My only point to note is that the staircase is quite narrow (stone spiral, on the 3rd floor) and therefore I would be aware of this at the outset in terms of coming/going and with suitcases, etc. That being said, I would certainly stay here again. Also, Céline & Thomas were great in terms of communication and responsiveness and flexibility, which I really appreciated.

Super emplacement à proximité de la place comédie. Petit malus pour les escaliers et le parking payant par nuit en plus du prix de la chambre.

    I had a wonderful stay at Thomas and Celine’s place. It’s location is ideal for exploring Montpelier - right in the historic centre, and close to a lot of bars and restaurants. The neighbourhood is lively but not noisy at night with the windows closed. The apartment had everything I needed (including ac), and communication with Thomas was easy and he was always available throughout my stay.

    A great apartment for exploring Montpellier and the surrounding area. Based in a lively area of Montpellier with more than a hundred bars, restaurants and takeaways in easy walking distance, and two tram stops (Louis Blanc and Corum) a short walk away. Only 15 minutes walk to Place de la Comedie and the centre of town. On the 3rd floor of an established building with windy stairs - great exercise! The apartment is exactly as advertised and a very comfortable place to stay. Celine and Thomas were very responsive and helpful whenever I raised anything with them.

    Great place to stay when you’re in Montpellier. Apartment is clean and has everything you need for your stay. Beautiful surroundings and super walkable from there to anywhere in the city. Beware the 3 storey climb (no elevator, which they explain) but if you can handle that, I would highly recommend! Thomas was very helpful and responsive! Thank you for an amazing stay!

    Positive: Everything needed was provided and more!! Thomas, the owner, was available by phone and in-person to help us with a few general requests. This is great apartment. Negative: The building is from the 1600s. However, the apartment itself is perfectly renovated, modern and delightful. Only FYI is the many steps, a winding staircase typical of this type of building from street to 4th floor. No elevator. The good news: My husband and I used this challenge to easily get our 10,000 daily steps and to eat a few extra delicious croissants, fries, ice cream!! 🙂

    Positive: We appreciated the air conditioning - it was humid at that time. The apartment was comfortable, clean and very handy for all the best sightseeing in the city. Hosts were very helpful when we couldn’t make the Netflix work. And Écusson is probably the best area to stay in. Appreciated the restaurant recommendations too. Negative: The spiral staircase was a bit exhausting but probably burnt off those calories from eating too well!

    Positive: Location is perfect. Many cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are located around the apartment. Even Uniqlo! アパートの周りにはたくさんカフェ、レストラン、スーパー、マーケットがありますので、困ることはないと思います。日曜日はたいていのスーパーはしまっていますが、お昼すぎまで開いているマーケット（果物、野菜、チーズなどが買えます）や、少し割高ですがキオスク（コンビニのような感じ）もあります。 オーナーはとても親切な方です。チェックインはもともと夕方の4時でしたが、朝早いフライトでお昼前に空港に着いたことをお話しすると、早めに部屋にはいれるように手配してくださいました。また、滞在中も何か困っていることはないかとこまめに聞いてくださいました。 アパートにはエレベーターがありませんので、重い荷物を持っておられる場合は、上り下りが少し大変かもしれません。石のらせん階段ですので、現地ならではの建物を楽しむこともできると思います。日本の宿泊施設とは違いますので、歯ブラシやスリッパなどはありません。 室内はきれいに清掃されています。ご家族や友人同士でゆっくりと滞在されるのに十分なスペースだと思います。5月だったので使いませんでしたが、エアコンもついていますし、洗濯機もあります。 Negative: No comment

    Positive: Locatie in het oude centrum van Montpellier, heel leuk! Wel flink klimmen over en smalle oude wenteltrap naar de 3e verdieping, maar daar waande je je een echte stadsbewoner. De studio is niet groot, maar prima voor een aantal dagen vakantie. Negative: In de badkamer kwam (waarschijnlijk via een ventilatiekanaal) sigarettenrook naar binnen, terwijl wij niet-rokers zijn, dat was niet heel fris. Maar dat heeft geen grote smet op ons verblijf gegeven. De vuilcontainers voor de deur zijn ook iets minder, die zijn altijd overvol en alles wordt ernaast gegooid (dat lijkt overigens in heel Montpellier normaal te zijn), daar moet je even doorheen kijken

    L'appartement est extrêmement bien situé pour découvrir Montpellier. Il est tout à fait semblable aux photos : on s'y sent très bien, il y a de l'espace, il est fonctionnel et beau, tout est prévu pour se sentir de suite comme à la maison. Céline et Thomas ont été très arrangeants sur les modalités d'arrivée et de départ. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ce superbe appartement.

    Appartement situé dans un vieil immeuble mais refait à neuf avec du goût. Je n’ai pas rencontré les propriétaires mais les contacts étaient très fluides. Appartement situé dans le vieux Montpellier proches de bars, restaurants... mais très calme. A noter l’escalier un peu raide (vieil immeuble...). Je recommande !

    Céline et Thomas sont des hôtes disponibles et savent se montrer arrangeants. Ils sont des personnes de confiance. L’appartement est très joli et d’une extrême propreté... on s’y sent réellement comme chez soi. De plus, il est idéalement situé dans le centre : à proximité des commodités, des transports en communs également. J’y retournerais les yeux fermés et vous le recommande vivement!

    Je recommande ! L’appartement est très charmant, moderne, cosy, mignon tout en étant très propre. Il est idéalement situé dans le centre ville, à quelques pas de la place de la préfecture et de tous pleins de bons petits restaurants.. (il y a également une épicerie ouverte toute la nuit à moins d’une minute de l appartement). Céline et Thomas on était très sympa et surtout très disponible pour rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.

    This place is a real beauty! The pictures are exactly what you will get. The apartment is kind of a split level, with a living room and kitchen at 1 level, and the bedroom and bathroom a couple of stairs lower. Everything was brand clean. Although the apartment is located in the centre of historic Montpellier, it was very quiet during the evening and night. One street further is a Spar supermarket. Nearby are a lot of restaurants, with around the corner a very beautiful little square with large trees, where you can eat outside. Super!
