    Positive: La posizione vicina al centro e alla stazione. La disponibilità e gentilezza dell’host che ci ha permesso di fare check-in and check-out con una certa flessibilità. L’applicazione fornita dall’host è molto utile per avere dei suggerimenti su Montpellier e dintorni. Negative: Dal bagno alla sera usciva puzza di fogna ed eravamo costretti a chiudere sempre la porta. L’appartamento non è stato pulito interamente prima del nostro arrivo: i pavimenti erano appiccicosi e gli asciugamani macchiati. La struttura è in una buona posizione purtroppo nella via ogni giorno stazionavano persone poco raccomandabili e qualche volta è intervenuta la polizia.

Eles mandam mil recomendações sobre regras durante a estadia… mas ao mesmo tempo que isso é chato pra uma estadia de 2 dias eles também compartilham uma lista extensa de lugares interessantes pra conhecer na cidade. Fiz uma reserva de última hora e responderam rapidamente. 2 dias é pouco pra ficar em Montpellier… há muito o que ver nessa cidade pitoresca. Grata

  65. Stylish, comfortable and clean apartment in the center of Montpellier!

    Positive: We liked everything in this apartment: 1) Super central location. There are restaurants, markets, shops and groceries nearby. The apartment is 5 min of walking from the train station and the main square (Place de la comédie). 2) Cleanliness and facilities. We felt like at home at this place. Kitchen is well-equipped and decoration is stylish and cozy. 3) Friendly and helpful hosts Thomas and Celine. They gave us plenty of good restaurant recommendations and also allowed us to do an early check0in and late check-out. Reaching beaches by public transport is also easy from the city center. We took tram 3 and buses from Etang de l'Or (Ligne 1 and 4). During 8 days of our stay in Montpellier we visited all nearby beaches. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and everyone who is planning to spend vacation in Montpellier. Negative: Because our balcony and windows faced the main street it was a bit noisy at some days. If you want a really quiet place they have another apartment facing a quiet side.

Zeer compleet uitgerust met vaatwasser, magnetron, oven, ijskast, wasmachine etc etc. Super centraal gelegen met de highlights van Montpellier op (korte) loopafstand, maar ook met diverse parkeergarages in de buurt voor de auto. La table à manger est vraiment très petite, vous n'y mettrez rien de plus que 2 assiettes. Logement à éviter si vous comptez venir en voiture car pas de parking, stationnement dans les rues, 10 à 15mn de recherche pour une place, et coût exorbitant.

I also loved that the owners of the apartment had stocked up on kitchen essentials which made it easy to settle down upn arrival. Negative: While the instructions on accessing the apartment were clear and efficient, it would still have been nice to meet face to face with the owners at least at check in. It gives the process a human touch.

    Positive: The property is very conveniently located, close to the historic city centre, train station/car rental, restaurants and amenities. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and responsive. Negative: It took a lot of skill to shower without flooding the bathroom due to lack of curtain/door. The sleeping space (bedroom) was nice and comfortable, but the sofa in the living room was rather small and not very comfy for a taller person.

    Nous avions un très bon temps dans cet appartement chouette et super central. Tout était bien décrit, la cuisine est bien équipée et ce sont seulement 2 minutes jusqu'à la station St Roch. Céline et Thomas étaient vite à répondre et très fiable.

    Appartement conforme aux photos et à la description, propre, décoré avec goût et soin. Arrivée très pratique, indépendante grâce à un code, à 5 min à pied de la gare de Montpellier Saint-Roch, à 5min à pied des tramways ligne 1 et A, de la place de la comédie, de l'office du tourisme, à 2 min à pied des Halles Laissac. Les hôtes sont hypers réactifs, disponibles et plein de bons conseils. Si nous revenons à Montpellier, sans aucun doute nous logerons à nouveau là.

    The apartment is very near the station so you can go where ever you want to. There is also a grocery store around the corner so when you arrive you can quickly get some food and drinks. When I arrived the host showed me the apartment and some good restaurants and a shop where you can rent bikes. He really helped and gave me information. He was very hospitable. I had a great time in Montpellier!

    Cet appartement est une merveille de décoration, mêlant l’ancien et le moderne. Je félicite les hôtes pour ce qu’ils ont fait de ce lieu où on se sent très vite à l’aise. Il est même mieux que sur les photos ! Grande cuisine toute équipée en vaisselle et machines, salle de bain pareil (sèche cheveux, shampoing.. même dissolvant), tout le linge et la literie est de qualité. Je le conseille donc à tous : très chic et chaleureux à la fois, parfait pour se retrouver en couple par exemple ou comme moi pour se faire plaisir à soi même ! Au niveau de la localisation, il est entre la Comedie et la gare, juste en face des halles laissac, donc proche du centre ville sans en avoir le bruit (je n’ai rien entendu de l’extérieur et on était vendredi soir). Pour ceux qui ont la voiture, il faut tourner un peu dans les rues adjacentes sinon il y a un parking payant à 500m. Ps : je tiens quand même à mentionner que c’est dans un bâtiment ancien et qu’on entend de ce fait un peu le voisin du dessus (pour ceux qui sont sensibles au bruit). Sinon, Thomas est un hôte prévenant et professionnel, qui m’a très bien accueilli et présenté l’appartement.

    Hôtes très sympas et arrangeants, Céline & Thomas nous ont très bien accueilli dans leur tout nouvel appartement (quel honneur d'êtres les premiers voyageurs à y séjourner) :-) L'appartement est très bien aménagé et bien décoré et l'emplacement est juste parfait (à 2mn à pied de la gare, à 2 pas du nouveau marché des Halles Laissac, 5mn à pied de la Place de la Comédie). Vraiment idéal pour un weekend, nous reviendrons !
